Hannes Babak
Chairman and Non-executive Director
As founder and principal shareholder of Freeport Concrete, Mr. Babak moved to Freeport in 1993 to establish H & F Babak Construction Ltd. He became a Director of Freeport Concrete in 1995. Prior to his move to Grand Bahama, he worked for a family-owned development company in Austria. He received an MA from the University for Economics and Business in Vienna in 1987. Mr. Babak was born February 14, 1961 in Vienna, Austria and is a Permanent Resident of The Bahamas.

Ray Simpson
President, Director, and Chief Executive Officer
Ray Simpson was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Freeport Concrete Company Limited in May 2002. He has lived in the Bahamas for 34 years and is a Permanent Resident. He worked for 12 years with Barclays Bank and 18 years in various executive management positions with a multinational freight forwarding and logistics company, head quartered in Nassau, Bahamas. He spent 2 years as the General Manager of a leading wholesale company in Nassau prior to joining Freeport Concrete Company Limited. He became a director of Freeport Concrete Company Limited in June 2003. Mr Simpson was born on the 26th January 1950.

Peter Newton Andrews
Non-executive Director
Mr. Andrews is the co-founder and Director of Bahamas Waste, Bahamas Mack Truck Sales, and Bahamas Hot Mix. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Nassau Ready Mixed Concrete. In 1994 Mr. Andrews was appointed Honorary Consul of the Netherlands to The Bahamas. He graduated from Davidson College in 1959. He became a Director of Freeport Concrete in January 2001. Mr. Andrews was born May 12, 1938, and is a Bahamian Citizen.

Jerome Kennedy Fitzgerald
Non-executive Director
A founder of RND Cinemas Ltd. in 1994 Mr. Fitzgerald is Chairman of RND Holdings Ltd. Previously he was a practicing attorney with Higgs & Johnson. He was admitted to the Bahama Bar and to the Society of Lincoln's Inn, London in 1990. He became a Director of Freeport Concrete in January 2001. Mr. Fitzgerald was born April 1, 1966 and is a Bahamian Citizen.

Frederick Alfred Munnings Jr.
Non-executive Director
Mr Munnings is a graduate of Fisk University and has a BA with honors in Psychology and Sociology. In 1984 he was appointed as Executive Director and Secretary of the Freeport Hotels and Restaurants Employers Association. Between 1997 to 2002, Mr Munnings served as the Director of Human Resources and Industrial Relations for Hutchinson-Whampoa Ltd of Hong Kong in their Our Lucaya resort in Freeport, Grand Bahama.
He is past President and District Governor's representative for the Freeport Rotary Club, Past President of the G.B Junkanoo Committee, and a Founding Member of the Grand Bahama Children's Home.
Mr Munnings currently operates as a Human Resources/Labour advisor/General Management Consultant; specializing in the hospitality, labor law, hotel and gaming sectors in the Bahamas.
He became a Director of Freeport Concrete in January 2001. Mr. Munnings was born August 22, 1956 and is a Bahamian citizen.
